是不可能插入的。如果你的弟弟足够长，或者女的妹妹比较短，你是可以顶到子宫颈的，就说俗语里说的“bixin”，或者文艺点的叫花蕊，也就是你感觉硬硬一个圆环状的所在。
     如果你的弟弟不够长，可以摸索再老婆屁股下垫枕头，让老婆把双脚抬高等体位。
