如何更改自己的邮箱？

福大(2024-5-2 00:21)提示: 你好，更改邮箱需要消费金镑。请注意是“金镑”
注册的时候胡乱填了个邮箱，这么多年都不用那个邮箱了，想换个常用的但是找不到更换的入口。
各位家人们，能给指个明路吗？
